Duplex Board

Duplex board is a kind of paperboard or cardboard. The exterior of the board is coated to make it more water-resistant and to give it a glossy sheen, but even uncoated duplex board is strong enough to make disposable cups.
Duplex board is tough, thin and able to take on a bright white appearance, unlike common corrugated cardboard. It is commonly used to create boxes for a variety of small goods. For example, it is often used in pharmaceutical packaging. It is also used to make garment boxes and cigarette packs, paper plates and cups, and in the food industry.

  • Duplex board with Grey back (SC)
    – Definition : One side Coated White Duplex board with Grey back. It contains total 72% mixed bleached virgin pulp and waste fibers. Bleached virgin pulp is used on the surface layer and waste fibers are used for the middle layer and back side layer.
    The surface layer is coated with CaCo3, Clay and latex coating color liquid.
    – Application : Packaging box, Shoe box, Garment box, Medicine box, etc.
    – Type : Roll or Sheet
    – Substance : 220gsm~550gsm
  • Duplex board with White Back (IV)
    – Definition : One side Coated White Duplex board with Grey back. It contains total 72% mixed bleached virgin pulp and waste fibers. Bleached virgin pulp is used on the surface layer and back side layer.
    Waste fibers are used for the middle layer.
    The surface layer is coated with CaCo3, Clay and latex coating color liquid.
    – Application : Packaging box, Shoe box, Garment box, Medicine box, etc.
    – Type : Roll or Sheet
    – Substance : 220gsm~550gsm

Art Board(SBS)

  • Duplex Art board (SBS)
    – Definition : One side (C1S) or Two sides (C2S) Coated White Duplex Art board. It contains total 72% mixed bleached virgin pulp and waste fibers. Bleached virgin pulp is used on the surface layer and back side layer. Waste fibers are used for the middle layer. The surface layer and back side layer are coated with CaCo3, Clay and latex coating color liquid. It is suitable for the high quality printing.
    – Application : High quality printing Packaging or industrial uses. Album board, Cosmetic package
    – Type : Roll or Sheet
    – Substance : 220gsm~ 450gsm

Cupstock Board (Paper)

Cup Stock Paper is single or both sides PE coated boards developed on a special cup stock base that perform faultlessly on beverage cup forming lines.

  • Cupstock Paper
    – Definition : One side (C1S) or Two side (C2S) PE laminated Cup Stock board. It is made with 100% SBS (Solid Bleached Sulphate) Pulp. It contains harmless raw material for food.
    – Application : Food container, Cups (hot and liquids, Instant noodle cups) and dry food as it passed FDA inspection test.
    – Type : Roll
    – Substance : 170gsm~ 280gsm
