Shineway Paper’s Duplex Board with Whiteback is produced in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, China. The board is multi-ply: a strong recycled core with top coats (kaolin/CaCO₃) for printability; white/white or white/gray back options, in LWC and HWC. In practice, duplex board paper balances stiffness, smoothness, and cost better than most SBS alternatives when you don’t need deep creasing or heavy liquid resistance.

Process flow (how it’s made)

Pulp prep → multi-ply forming → pressing → drying → size press → double/triple coating → calendering → reel → sheeting. Routine QA pulls follow ISO test methods (see below). Many customers say they notice fewer dusting issues on press after proper calendering and coat weight control.
